At La Preme Podiatry Clinic we understand that physical health is important, but so too is our mental health and wellbeing. The way that we feel about ourselves and our bodies has a major impact on all aspects of our health. Too many of us neglect our health and the appearance of our feet, which can affect our confidence and happiness.
We have realised that our patients not only require a podiatrist to solve their foot problems, but they also require a podiatrist to help them appreciate their feet again. Podiatry is evolving and we are making that happen. We have decided to offer something totally unique, thus, La Preme Clinic was born.

Professional Podiatry
All of our professionals are fully qualified, having a degree with honours in Podiatry (BSc Pod) and state registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). In additional, we are all members of the College of Podiatry and fully insured. We attend regular training and courses to ensure we are delivering the highest level of care.
Podiatry is Evolving
So if you need a painful ingrown toe nail removed, diabetic foot assessment carried out or just decide you need a medical podicure with warm wax therapy to relax, we can assist. La Preme Clinic was founded by myself in 2020 to offer patients a unique and unrivalled podiatry/chiropody experience in Glasgow.
I founded A Step Ahead Podiatry after working for several private practices, which is a 5-star rated business that was established in December 2017 which now features a client base of over 1000 patients. I have valuable experience from previous roles in nursing, mental health and addiction support before training as a Podiatrist at Glasgow Caledonian University. Whilst developing A Step Ahead Podiatry, I dedicated my studies in cosmetic and aesthetic treatments with the dream of specialising in this field, to create a modern clinic with a fresh approach to podiatry.
The La Preme Clinic aims to deliver this dream by offering our patients the most current and innovative pain-free solutions from nail reconstructions to dermal filler injections, whilst offering high-end traditional podiatry procedures.
