What to Expect
One the day of your appointment we kindly ask that you arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. Press the buzzer and we’ll invite you inside and to our digital sanitising station. Here we’ll take your temperature and ask you to sanitise your hands, before you are invited into the waiting room where you will be offered an array of complimentary refreshments, including tea, coffee, juice and bubbles.
If you are a new patient, we ask that you allow around an hour for your appointment, which gives us the opportunity to discuss your medical history and carry out the relevant assessments. Subsequent La Preme podiatry experiences usually last around 40 minutes.
After Your Appointment
We understand that it can be difficult to remember everything that your podiatrist may have discussed with you during your appointment – especially recommended treatments or products.
Don’t worry, within approximately 24 hours of your appointment, your podiatrist will email you a personalised video that reiterates any advice you’ve been given and gives you details of your bespoke La Preme treatment plan.
