Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Appointment Confirmation

A deposit of £25 is required to confirm your appointment. This amount contributes towards the total cost of your service, ensuring your exclusive reservation with our highly skilled specialists.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients with the same level of exclusivity and care. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

In the event of a late arrival, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but please be aware this may necessitate adjustments to your treatment duration or change the appointment date.

Missed Appointments

In cases of no-shows without prior notification, the deposit will be non-refundable. We carefully prepare for each appointment, and a missed session without notice prevents us from extending our services to other clients.

Consideration for Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Should you have any extenuating circumstances, please inform us at your earliest convenience. We will consider these situations sympathetically and try our best to accommodate your needs
