At your first appointment at La Preme, we will email you a new patient registration form at your time of booking to be completed before your appointment, if possible. Our podiatrists will update this at every appointment to keep your details correct and accurate.

New Patient Assessment and Treatment £95
Your appointment will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
At your first appointment, a full and comprehensive foot check is carried out to determine your foot health status. All our care is individual and tailored to your needs.
Several diagnostic tests will be carried out to ensure there are no areas that may need further investigation including a kardia reading which checks how your heart is functioning and a thermal foot scan. This information allows the podiatrist to create treatment solutions suitable for you.
Appropriate treatment will be carried out addressing your concerns and treatment plans may be developed.
Podiatry Treatment £70
Your appointment will last approximately 45 minutes.
This treatment is for existing patients who have had their initial treatment and assessments.
Your podiatry treatment will focus on nail care and hard skin removal. Your nails are trimmed, buffed and nail borders are cleared. All callus and hard skin are removed and corns are enucleated to ensure your feet are pain-free. Dry, thickened and cracked heels are buffed for a smooth finish to ensure your feet look and feel great. Emollients and oils are massaged to complete the treatment and promote healthy skin and nail growth.
Extensive Podiatry Treatment £90
Your appointment will last approximately 1 hour.
This podiatry treatment is for individuals that need a little more time. You will be advised by your podiatrist if this is required after your initial consultation.
Diabetic Foot Assessment £25
This can be incorporated into any treatment. Please allow an additional 20 minutes for this service.
At La Preme Clinic, our podiatrists will ask you questions about your foot care routine and your health in general. They will visually examine your foot and lower limb to assess skin vitality and look for any concerns or possible problematic areas. Several diagnostic tests will be carried out to assess circulation, proprioception, and sensation in the feet.
Ingrown Toenails From £70
Your appointment will last approximately 45 minutes
An ingrowing toenail is where a piece of nail pierces the flesh of the toe. It can be extremely painful and become infected. The nail could also be curling (involuted or convoluted) into the flesh and be just as uncomfortable as ingrown.
Treatment involves removal of the offending spur of the nail with or without anaesthetic* depending on the severity of the problem and a course of antibiotics may be required. Ingrown nails can be managed to prevent future infections.
*Local Anaesthetic can be used to offer a pain-free treatment. There will be an additional £45 supplement for this service.
Nail Surgery From £449
Your appointment will last approximately 1hour and 15 minutes
An initial assessment and treatment appointment is required first to ensure Toenail Removal is appropriate.
For patients who suffer from reoccurring ingrown nails or nail issues. The full nail can be entirely removed or a partial section of the nail to stop future issues, and a chemical is applied to prevent nail regrowth. An assessment will be carried out before the nail surgery appointment is made to determine what procedure you require and to discuss the procedure in detail.
Fungal Nails and Skin Treatments From £70
Your appointment will last approximately 45 minutes
At La Preme clinic we can carry out in-house testing for diagnosing a fungal nail infection. Results take approximately 5 minutes and are 97% accurate for the most common nail dermatophytes. We will test the clippings while tidying your nails and skin. If a positive result, we will discuss all treatment options and give the advice to prevent reoccurrence. Your footwear will be sprayed with an anti-fungal treatment to help reduce the fungal burden in your footwear.
Your podiatrist will discuss suitable treatment options with you.
Curacorn (Dermal Fillers) From £299
Your appointment will last approximately 1 hour
Curacorn® is an aesthetic technique that uses dermal fillers, Hyaluronic Acid, to ‘cushion’ painful lesions on the feet and reduce the friction between skin and bone which causes the corns and callous to form. It provides long term comfort to people where other treatments haven’t been able to.
Dermal fillers can be used on lesions on or between toes, on the ball or your foot and the heels if any areas need some extra protection.
Pedisafe Nail Reconstruction from £119
Your appointment will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
Toenail reconstruction is a specialised treatment for nails that have been damaged, thickened, fungal or even missing completely. We use a product called PediSafe which is a two-part system that uses a rubber base layer to prevent any damage to the existing nail and a strong resin as a top layer. The procedure is carried out by our Podiatrists and can be used in conjunction with other treatments if treating fungal infections within the nails. The reconstructed toenail will look and feel like a natural nail. It can be cut, filed, and left to look natural or a gel polish can be applied on top. A full podiatry treatment is included with this service to ensure the best results are achieved.
There is an additional charge of £20 for additional nails to be reconstructed.
Please note: DO NOT SHOWER/ BATH YOUR FEET THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. Excess moisture under the nail plate may result in reconstruction not being applied at the appointment.
Gel Podi-cure from £90
Your appointment will last approximately 1 hour
The Gel Podi-cure is the perfect treatment for those summer months or when we want to spice things up in the Winter. A full podiatry treatment is carried out with a gel polish application afterwards. The treatment is finished with a moisturising foot massage to leave your feet feeling loved and rejuvenated.
Gel Polish Application £20
This can be incorporated into any treatment. Please allow an additional 15 minutes for this service.
We can apply a Gel Polish application to any treatment* you are having. We apply Gel Bottle Products using an aseptic technique to prevent cross-infection. Meaning anyone* can have this service regardless if you have fungal nails.
We provide advice on safely removing the gel products and offer free removals at your next appointment.
Please Note: There is a £5 charge for the removal of gel polish that was not applied by our podiatrists.
*Patients with bacterial infections on their feet are not suitable.

The Warm Wax Podicure is a combination of therapies that fuses medical and therapeutic treatments. A full podiatry treatment is carried out initially. All callouses, corns and hard skin is removed in this process. After the podiatry element, you can sit back and relax while your feet are slowly coated in warm wax and wrapped in warm towels.
Optional Add- on, give your nails the perfect finish by treating yourself to a gel polish for £20.

Verrucae Treatment from £70
Your appointment will last approximately 45 minutes
Our podiatrists will confirm if you have a verruca, and discuss treatment options. We will also reduce the verruca making it more comfortable for you while you decide what treatment option you would like to continue with.
Treatment options range from topical solutions that you can continue with at home to more advanced clinical options that are carried out by our fully trained podiatrists for optimal results.
